Create a player account

Register with a case-sensitive username, email, and password. New accounts stay pending until the admin approves them.

Send email confirmations for completed picks. If unchecked, no pick-confirmation emails will be sent.

Username and email are both checked server-side before the account is created, so duplicate usernames cannot be registered.

This app is for a private coworker pool. New accounts remain inactive until the admin approves them.
